This is a 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit of the Type 2 Ka-Mi, an amphibious tank developed and operated by the Japanese forces during World War II. The model represents the land configuration after the floats were detached following landing.
The finished length is approximately 137 mm, and its distinctive shape is accurately recreated.

The kit features a parts layout using multiple slide molds for enhanced form and detail reproduction, making assembly both easy and precise.
The lower hull is a single-piece part, with detailed side panel textures. Road wheels and suspension parts are finely detailed and realistic. The tracks are belt-type for easy assembly.
The upper hull is also molded as a single piece to faithfully capture the tank's unique shape.
The accurately modeled turret includes internal gun mount detail for the 37 mm tank gun, giving a mechanical finish.
Hatches such as the turret hatch and engine ventilation grille hatch can be assembled in either open or closed positions.
