Description
This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
The T-80 is a main battle tank developed based on the T-64, equipped with a gas turbine engine.
Adopted into service in 1975, the T-80 initially faced issues with frequent breakdowns and poor fuel efficiency. This led to the development of the improved T-80A, followed by the T-80B with upgraded equipment.
In 1985, the T-80U was introduced, further improving on the T-80A.
The T-80UM-2, the model represented by this kit, is an advanced version of the T-80U, featuring a new fire control system and the active protection system "Drozd-2."
