This is a train model which is meant to be operated on standard model railroad sets.

Aiming for both "fun to display" and "fun to drive," we have combined the technologies and know-how we have cultivated to date, introducing the "Plarail Real Class," a more "realistic" version of the Plarail series with meticulous attention to every detail.

The second model in this series is the "Series 185 Limited Express Train (Odoriko, Shonan block color)." Modeled after the 4-car Series 185 Limited Express Train "Odoriko" in Shonan block color, it features the "Odoriko" headmark, JNR limited express symbol, typhon cover, cooler, pantograph, and realistic modeling and painting of the car body interior seats.

This set comes with three realistic straight rails for immediate display and is expandable with optional rails conforming to the Plarail standard.
