Description
This is a fundamental building material for use in scratch-building or customizing models.
This excellent "paper" clay is used by many Japanese sculptors to create the fabulous event-only kits that so many of us love and can't always get! It dries quickly and is easily workable with sculpting tools, sandpaper, files, et cetera. Though the package doesn't specify, it really only takes a few minutes to dry, depending on the size of the piece you're working with and how humid is the air in the room. Please note that the clay will dry very swiftly unless it's kept moist -- once the package is opened, you'll need to wrap the clay up in plastic wrap (like Saran Wrap) or put it into a Ziploc baggie, to keep it from drying out.
