This is a posable action figure of a character from science-fiction/anime.
As seen in 2007's "Transformers" live-action film, the Decepticon known as Blackout gets a new MPM (Masterpiece Movie) series figure from Takara Tomy, together with Scorponok! Blackout transforms into a Sikorsky MH-53 combat helicopter, and is an assertive 50cm long in helicopter form!
