The residual Angolmois Energy left in Earth's crust by Unicron merged with the sparkless body of Leo Prime to become Dark Amber Leo Prime! He transforms from a jet-black lion to a robot, and is based on the design seen in "Beast Wars." He features an opening chest hatch with a sculpted Matrix of Leadership inside, deployable arm blades and cannons, and missiles that can be inserted into the cannons (although there is no launching mechanism).
