This is a fixed-pose model of a science-fiction/anime item.
What a warehouse find! From McFarlane Toys' "6 Faces of Madness" series, Billy The Kid is one of the more polarizing figures from the Wild West, considered a cold-blooded criminal by some and a folk hero by others. This highly detailed figure from McFarlane Toys is 6 inches (about 15.25cm) tall, and comes with two rifles and shoulder holster, pistol, knife, cloth rope, and a battered crate (maybe it's a coffin...). This was produced by McFarlane Toys in 2004, and has a Takara sticker on the back to sell the item in Japan. Quantities are extremely limited, so act fast!
