This is an injection-plastic kit of a science-fiction/anime item.

From "Shinkansen Henkei Robo Shinkalion" comes a new plastic model of the Shinkalion E5 Hayabusa Mk II! It has been brought to life while maintaining its unique look from the show. It features full articulation and comes with the Kaisatsu Sword and Sword Case. Additionally, Interchangeable chest part allow you to recreate it in Dual Gran Cross firing mode.
The model kit is made of PS and ABS plastic with POM used in some places and features runners separated into four colors (green, white, gray and gold). Some parts are pre-painted and decals are included, so all it takes is a simple assembly to recreate the mecha from the series.
