This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.

Oh, this is the weirdest thing that's come along in a long, long time! What we have in this box is the "Meltdown" Godzilla (from "Godzilla vs. Destroyah"), in a groovy prepainted PVC figure; and a miniature super-deformed figure of... a weird little guy in a Godzilla costume, mounted to a "bottle cap" base. Which plays music. You can display him with the Godzilla head on, or with a towel on his head, or with a hachimaki (headband) on. Either way, there's a button on the bottle-cap base; push the button and he plays music and wiggles around in a disturbingly cute fashion. The Godzilla figure stands about 15 cm tall and about 20 cm long; the little "Character Mix" figure stands about 7 cm tall with the Godzilla head on. Batteries for the Character Mix figure are included.
