This is a fully completed and painted figure.
Sweet black-and-white vinyl figure of Minnie Mouse, as she appeared in the six-minute Disney animated film 'Plane Crazy', released in 1928. Plane Crazy is a landmark film for many reasons, not the least of which its being the very first Mickey Mouse film animated (though not the first shown; that honour goes to the famous 'Steamboat Willie'). A great collector's display piece; recommended for kids 13 and up (small, sharp parts).
