As seen in 2016's "Shin Godzilla," Godzilla in his fourth form joins CCP Co. Ltd.'s "Middle Size Series" of soft-vinyl figures with a completely new design! With their slightly deformed design, these figures are meant to evoke a nostalgic, vaguely "Showa retro" feeling. The heat ray that turned Tokyo to a sea of fire in the film is tragic and beautiful at the same time, and this version of Godzilla is painted to recreate the heat ray's glow. The metallic gradation is not limited to a single metallic purple color, but has highlights painted on top to recreate the brightness of the light.
