This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.

"Crush Autobots!"  So says Mega Power Constructicon Devastator.  With his snapping claw and glowing, spinning Vortex Grinder, Devastator chews up and spits out anything that stands in his way.    Devastators eyes light up and he produces various sounds and lights.  He speaks a variety of phrases, mostly aimed at his nemesis, Jetpower Optimus Prime (linked below).  3 AAA batteries are included.
