This is an injection-plastic kit of a science-fiction/anime item.

First seen in 1991's "Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah," Mecha King Ghidorah now joins the "Chibi Maru" model kit lineup from Fujimi as part of their ongoing celebration of Godzilla's 70th anniversary! This kit is an entirely new mold, with movable parts in each part of the head, torso, wings, legs, and tail, allowing for a wide range of motion!

• The lower jaw and tongue of each head is movable with a ball joint; the original neck on the left and right have three points of articulation which are also ball-jointed.
• The central mecha neck has six points of articulation; the legs each have two movable points, and the tail has four movable points.
• This mighty monster is carefully sculpted to achieve a sense of realism while still being super-deformed; the central head is designed with finely sculpted features such as sharp antenna-like shapes on the left and right, and fangs in the mouth.
• The laser cannon in the upper jaw is made into a separate part for a more eye-catching appearance. The eyeballs on the mechanical head are clear green, and specially colored parts are provided for a shining appearance. Pre-cut stickers are included for the original eyeballs; you can choose from three color tones and patterns.
• The scaly surface and horns on the original face are carefully sculpted, and is made into a single part from the horns to the tip of the nose for easy assembly.
• A special part is included for the large armored torso housing the mechanical hands used to ensnare Godzilla; the main torso is designed in three parts -- the front and two back parts -- for ease of assembly. The upper torso also has a cockpit part which is a modified version of the time machine KID, and is provided as a separate part.
• The nerve conductors that transmit operation commands from the cockpit are provided as special metallic spring pipe parts. The conductors move flexibly to follow the movement of the neck. The choker (collar) to which the conductor parts are connected and the side receiver are all newly designed parts. The left and right original necks are also new dedicated parts that correspond to the chokers.
• New parts are included for the armored parts of the legs; the original lower body shape is also made of new parts due to the equipment of the mechanical hands, and the soles of the feet are newly prepared with uneven parts on the skin, for additional realism when seen in flight.
• The parts of this kit are designed with an under-touch gate, so they can be removed from the runners by hand without nippers. 
• Stickers are included for the original eyeballs, inside of the mouth, and the fine coloring of the mechanical neck and wings; the stickers are pre-cut and made of a material with excellent conformability for easy application. Two types of stickers are included: one for coloring the original parts, and one for the mechanical parts.
• This special 70th anniversary version comes with a mouse pad with the box art, an original illustration by Yuji Kaida!
