This fully articulated figure features the color scheme seen in the film; while the figure is based on the original 1980s TV anime series, it features redesigned aesthetics by Three Zero's art director Kelvin Sau. The figure is non-transforming, and by utilizing a frame system combining die-cast zinc alloy and engineering-grade plastic, it achieves high durability, and has approximately 45 points of articulation. Compared to the standard "MDLX" Megatron released previously overseas, this 40th Anniversary Edition features updated chest detailing and decals.
