This first volume is dedicated to the first 17 episodes of the "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS" anime with b&w reproductions of many of the layout drawings and animators' drawings. There's also a section consisting of original sketches for the characters' transformation scenes. An excellent book that gives fans a look at the work involved in making the scenes of each episode in the show! All text is in Japanese. 256 pages (16 color pages of animators' drawings ). Softcover with dust jacket.
