From Atelier Sai's original action figure series Duel Maid, here's Lutecia! She wields the Decision Hurricane III weapon, which can be used separately or fused together into one honkin' big weapon. She also has two interchangeable facial expressions, two different short skirts in case you want to remove her longer skirt pieces (which are movable), a panties-clad pelvic piece in case she'd like to fight without a skirt, a total of 12 different hands, an exchangeable chest part, and a stand.
