This is a fully completed and painted figure.
Here's one of the more hotly-anticipated figures this year--Kagami Hiiragi cosplaying as Miku Hatsune, as seen in the "Lucky Star" OVA! She looks a little embarrassed as she poses and forms her hands into a heart shape--there must be lots of people asking if they can take a photo of her! She's a game-prize item from Sega, and she stands about 17cm tall; a base is included.
