Description

This is a Japanese-language book or magazine about aircraft and/or aircraft modeling. Some Japanese aircraft books, such as the Aero Detail series contain complete English text as well. See the product description below for details.

Special Feature: "Tiger Meat and the NATO Fighter Situation"

With the invasion of Russia into Ukraine showing no signs of abating and the conflict between Israel and Hamas intensifying, NATO countries held the annual NATO Tiger Meet in Italy while continuing their vigilance activities, especially in Eastern Europe.

The exercise, which brings together squadrons from various countries with tigers and other feline beasts as unit mascots, is a hot topic for aircraft enthusiasts because of the colorful tiger markings, but this time, more units participated and the training is said to have been more in-depth.

In the first part of this issue, cameraman Katsuhiko Tokunaga reports on the exercise.

The volume also introduces the 51st Wing of the Italian Air Force, which is in the process of upgrading from AMX to Eurofighter.

In addition, the main text summarizes the latest information on the Eurofighter and other fighter aircraft of NATO countries, and includes a discussion article on the GCAP, which is being developed by Japan, the U.K., and Italy.
