This is a strap, keyholder, or charm.
What a warehouse find! This eye-grabbing keychain figure of Insaniac was produced by Basic Fun in 1998, and has a Tomy sticker on the back of the package to sell it in Japan. Rabid-looking Insaniac has an emblem on his chest that's intended to light up when you press a small button on his back--but the light didn't work when we tried it (guess 10 years in a warehouse will do that!), so we've classified this as "B-Grade" and are selling it as-is (all sales are final). Quantities are extremely limited, so act fast!
