This is a completed toy designed for children and/or collectors.
The 500E is a high-performance saloon born from the luxurious collaboration between Porsche and Mercedes-Benz. Based on Mercedes-Benz's mid-size sedan, the E-Class, the 500E is equipped with a 5-liter V8 engine (325 horsepower) from the flagship sports car, the 500SL. It features reinforced bodywork, suspension components, brakes, and transmission from the 500SL, making it a high-performance version. Not only was its development handled by Porsche, but its manufacturing also took place at Porsche's factory. Due to the higher costs compared to regular Mercedes-Benz vehicles, the price of the car soared, and production was limited to just over 10,000 units, making it an extremely rare model.
