The electronic Mecha Kivat buckle comes with Arc Kivat and Rey Kivat face parts that can be attached to display the henshin belt of either Kamen Rider Arc or Kamen Rider Rey. The buckle can speak a total of 47 phrases. Its eyes will light up when attached to the belt and when the included Wake Up Fuestle is inserted into its mouth, which will also play sound effects of either one of the Riders' finisher moves! The Wake Up Fuestle can also be used in the DX Kivat Belt and DX IXA Belt to play new phrases! The belt will fit waists from 50 to 68cm. Two AAA batteries are required, not included.
