This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.

Dress yourself up as Kamen Rider Blade, with the right equipment, in this set! Includes the Bla-Rouzer, Bla-Buckle, and three Rouzer cards. The cards fit neatly into the back of the Buckle (which can be flipped to make the cards visible from the front), or they can store neatly inside the Bla-Rouzer's hidden card tray (which can hold up to 15 cards). The Buckle clips on to your belt or trousers waist. Pull the trigger of the Bla-Rouzer to begin a sort of power-number "roulette" (this is strictly mechanical, and only the first number on the side actually 'spins'; the other three are all zeroes, so the power number is always some multiple of one thousand). No batteries are required.
