This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.

The final machine each year in the Sentai toy series is generally a large vehicle, but this is by far the coolest we've seen in a long time!  Roughly shaped like an F1 car, Engine Machalcon comes straight from the world of Go-Onger. We're told that Machalcon is the son of Go-On Red's partner, Speedor, and Go-On Yellow's Bearrv. Apparently, after the period portrayed in the on-air portion of Go-Onger, Speedor and Bearrv have gotten married.... Awwwww.

As for the toy, besides making a very cool F1-style machine all on its own (besides the car form, the wheels can roll down to enter "hover mode", too), it can of course "gattai" (join together) with Gokaioh to form Go-On Gokaioh, where the car essentially replaces the lower half of Gokaioh's legs.  Even more impressive, however, is the transformation into "Kanzen Gokaioh" (Complete Gokaioh) where Machalcon, Gokaioh and Gojuujin all combine together.  In this form, a twist of the wheel on Gokaioh's back will cause his chest to pop open, revealing cool chest wings, the drill on his right arm to spin, and various impressive sounds to come from his legs together with LED lighting effects.

But wait, there's more!  The set also comes with a Ranger Key of Go-On Gold that can be seated in Machalcon's cockpit and two new Engine Soul units, too.  With the Engine Souls in place, Machalcon makes 18 different voice and sound effect sounds, too.  A fitting climax to the Gokaiger toy collection!
