This is a posable action figure from the Revoltech series.
Wearing her red plugsuit, here's the irrepresible Asuka Langley Shikinami, rendered as a Fraulein Revoltech figure for your delight! She's about 15cm tall, and she's super-posable thanks to her 22 points of articulation. The front of her torso is made from a soft PVC for extreme flexibility! Even her hair is made in 3 separate parts to recreate that windblown look! She has three facial expressions: a serious face, a smile, and an angry shout. She also has her NERV cell phone and spare hands, plus a display stand.
