This is a completed toy designed for children and/or collectors.
I really don't think anything can beat the Japanese "wrapping buses" (unless it's the Deco-Tora!) for sheer coolness! This set of three features the different advertisements used during the promotion of Disney's "Finding Nemo" animated film. All three buses are die-cast Tomica models of double-decker buses, with tinted windows and detailed interiors. A great set for display -- or play, if your little ones are so inclined!
