This is a fully completed and painted figure.
Based on a design by illustrator Okama, here's a super-cute figure of Rei! She's wearing a see-through yellow rain slicker with strategically placed holes over a sweet striped bikini; her boots are also see-through yellow, and you can clearly see her sandals! Her umbrella looks like a big sliced lemon! She's a game-prize item from Sega, and she's about 16.5cm tall; a base is included. She's ready to bring a Rei of sunshine (see what I did there?) to your rainy day--order her now! And don't forget her friend Asuka--she's utterly adorable too, and she's linked below!
