While it inherits the appearance of the first Getter Robo, Getter Akaoni, the name "Getter Jinki" comes from the paint that was burned and turned jet black when it entered the atmosphere! In addition to the color change, each part, such as the head, muffler, and shin armor, is newly sculpted!
