Bring your hands closer to him and the light from Doraemon will get stronger...pull your hands away, the light will get weaker. Doraemon will then read your fortune aloud, in his own actual voice. Of course, being a Japanese robot cat from the future, he only speaks Japanese. No English! When he's finished telling you your fortune, he'll stop wobbling and the light will go out.
