This is a posable action figure of a character from science-fiction/anime.
The powerful Black Ox from "Tetsujin 28" gets a renewed and refreshed Chogokin Damashii figure release from Bandai! A switch hidden in his neck will light up his eyes, and a damaged head (with one horn broken off) is included too. Figures of Professor Franken and Dr. Shikishima are also included. Perhaps best of all, there's a magnet built into Black Ox's right hand; when he punches the Chogokin Damashii Tetsujin 28 in the chest, Tetsujin 28's eyes will light up red and he'll roar in fury!
