Fujimi's cute, super-deformed Chibi-Maru Akizuki is back! The "Chibi-Maru" model-kit series features palm-sized, adorable Japanese Navy vessels. The snap-fit design eliminates the need for glue, and multi-color molding and realistic stickers mean that painting isn't required. Compared to traditional ship model kits, it's easy to assemble with fewer parts, making it fun for both adults and children. 

• This model kit is based on the Akizuki's appearance upon completion in 1942, before she was equipped with radar.
• The separate hull design allows for both waterline and full-hull configurations.
• The bridge is a three-tiered stack, and the fire control system is reproduced with separate parts.
• The linoleum retainers on the deck and the anti-slip strips are reproduced with a level of detail comparable to that of a model ship.
• The main guns are long 10cm guns excellent for anti-aircraft fire, and anti-aircraft machine guns are reproduced in deformed detail!
• The flagpole, anchor, boat davits, internally fired launches, and other equipment are reproduced as separate parts.
• Stickers include a linoleum-covered deck, funnel caps, bridge windows, and more.
