This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.
Judgment time!! The Change Notebook SP License has three modes: Change, Phone, and Judge. In Change Mode it pops open to reveal the Ranger you want to change into (there are five stickers included to stick into the appropriate spot), and a siren sounds and lights go off. In Phone Mode it pops open to reveal a cute cell-phone, and plays sounds and lights up as well. Judge Mode allows you to determine if someone is guilty or innocent (what power!!). Set includes the SP License, a holster, and the character stickers. Requires 2 AAA batteries, not included.
