This is a completed toy designed for children.
Tomica presents the fictional "Hyper Blue Police" series: sharp little die-cast models of cool police vehicles, complete with stern-visaged yet cute figures that can in no way fit inside the vehicles they are packaged with!
This set features the helicopter "Blue Falcon," featuring a large claw underneath, decked out in saucy Hyper Blue Police regalia.
