This is an injection plastic Mini 4WD car model.

This assembly kit creates a Premium version of the Black Saber, a Mini 4WD car which appeared in the Japanese cartoon "Let's and Go!!" driven by Futoshi Kurosawa. A classic body design features sweeping fenders and an adjustable rear wing, molded in - what else? - black. Also are included are stickers to create markings and details, and the model is based upon the Super-II Chassis.
The Super-II chassis offers impressive toughness on an adaptable frame. Here, it appears in classic black ABS resin and is paired with tinted light smoke color A parts. Black Y-spoke wheels are paired with hard red low-profile tires, and the model comes with 3.5:1 gears and motor.
