This is a completed action toy designed for collectors.
This version of the coolest Decepticon of them all, Soundwave, transforms into a drone with his included 'Arms Micron' transforming from a weapon/scorpion-like machine to a giant weapon which mounts on the drone's back. Marking stickers are also included!
