This is a Japanese-language book or magazine about aircraft and/or aircraft modeling. Some Japanese aircraft books, such as the Aero Detail series contain complete English text as well. See the product description below for details.
This magazine focuses on the third F-4 Phantom II. The F-4 Phantom was born in the age of universal missile theory. The need for fixed armament (machine guns) arose from experienced gained in war games and more, and the F-4E was created by extending the nose of the F-4D reconnaissance version used by the U.S. Air Force, and mounting a 20mm Vulcan gun under it. The F-4E was used as a main fighter in Japan and many other countries. The so-called British Phantom F-4D underwent its own evolution when its engine was replaced with the Rolls-Royce Spey engine, leading to its being known as the Spey Phantom.
