This is a fixed-pose figure from the Portrait. Of. Pirates series.
Quickly sold out when first released in 2004, this terrific completed and painted PVC figure of Luffy, hero of the hit series "One Piece," returns at last in new packaging! Includes his hat; his vest can be removed if you so desire. Also includes a figure stand for display purposes. Please note that figures such as this are mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer's defects. If you absolutely must have perfection, prepare to do some touch-up work on your own.
