This item was announced at the 61st Shizuoka Hobby Show! "Creature from the Black Lagoon" is a 1954 American black-and-white science-fiction/horror film. Based on legends of the merman of the Amazon river handed down by locals, the film's plot comprises two stories: a tragedy caused by the contact between ancient creatures and modern civilization, and the tragic love of a merman who fell in love with a human woman. This film was released as a 3D film in the United States, and was the most commercially successful 3D movie at the time.
