This is a fully completed and painted figure.
Hiei from the classic '90s manga and anime "Yu Yu Hakusho" returns to the "ARTFX J" figure lineup from Kotobukiya, and he looks great! This fan-favorite character comes with an alternate face with his third eye opened, and an extra interchangeable arm allows you to display him unleashing the Black Dragon!
