This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
A new-tool kit of the Yakovlev Yak-18A, the second variant of this once ubiquitous postwar military training aircraft. Upengined and with tricycle landing gear (the original Yak-18 was a taildragger) the Yak-18A appeared in 1956 and was the last Soviet piston-engined training aircraft. In 1/72 scale from Amodel.
