This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.
The KV-1 is a heavy tank developed and deployed by the Soviet Army during World War II. It was active against the Germans, well-protected with its heavy armor. The KV-1's main gun was a 76.2mm gun gun, and its engine was a V-2-K 4-stroke V-type 12-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine. When it appeared in 1939, improvements such as armor enhancement were implemented; the 1942 model had further enhanced armor protection. The maximum armor thickness reached 130mm, and the weight of the vehicle increased to 47 tons. Both welded and cast turrets were manufactured; they were mainly produced at the Chelyabinsk Kirov factory, and more than 1,700 are said to have been made.
This model kit from Waltersons is molded in a shade of green consistent with that of Soviet military vehicles. The kit faithfully reproduces the KV-1's solid, powerful style; the turret can rotate 360 degrees after completion, and the barrel can be moved up and down. The suspension is also delicately modeled, down to the road wheels and sprocket wheels. The tracks are made of a flexible plastic material; a commander figure is included, as are decals for a vehicle of the 145th Armored Brigade 2nd Battalion. Order yours today!
