This is an injection-plastic military vehicle model kit.

One of the half-tracks deployed and operated by the German Army in World War II was the Sd.Kfz.251. It was an armored personnel carrier based on the 3t half-track, and many derivative types were made in addition to the basic armored personnel carrier type. The Sd.Kfz.251/10 was equipped with the 3.7cm anti-tank gun Pak36, which was active from the beginning of the war. Rheinmetall's 45-caliber 3.7cm anti-tank gun was equipped with an open-top compartment above the rocker. Operational deployment began in 1940, and it was active in the fire support of infantry units until the end of the war.

This model kit from Italeri reproduces the Sd.Kfz.251's characteristic style and open-top battle room, in addition to the 3.7cm anti-tank gun Pak36 and equipment such as the mantlet.
