This 1/72-scale model of the H type of the Panzer IV, the German main battle tank of World War II, is fully assembled and painted! This model is of the type equipped with a turret that characterizes the appearance of the Panzer IV, with Schurzen armor attached to the side of the hull. The IV H type's straight-line body shape and solid feel is accurately reproduced; the Schurzen's mounting stay is also delicately modeled to enhance the realism. The details of the hull such as the bolts, hinges, and welding marks are well expressed, and the louvers on the engine deck are delicately reproduced. The model is also fully painted in a three-color desert yellow-based camouflage pattern that has been "dirtied up" for a realistic look; the hull and suspension areas are covered with slightly dark mud stains, reminiscent of a vehicle that fought in muddy conditions.
