This kit from Mikro Mir is a completely new mold! The Seagull (Chaika) was a sailing ship widely used in the Dnieper River and the Black Sea as a warship and cargo ship in the 16th and 17th centuries. The Ukrainian Cossacks are a military organization that's existed since the latter half of the 15th century; they were involved in the release of Ukrainians and other ethnic groups who had been enslaved in Turkey. Due to this, the Islamic countries Crimea and Turkey regarded Ukraine Cossacks as pirates; conversely, they were regarded as heroes in the Christian European countries and Ukraine. Their activity on the water has become an epic folk tale, and their legend has been handed down to this day.
