Description
This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
From Ukraine's Dora Wing's, the completely new mold 1/72 Vultee Vengeance Mk. 1/1A is now available.
The Vengeance was developed by the American company Vultee and was primarily used as a dive bomber by the Royal Air Force and the Royal Australian Air Force.
Vultee received an order from France and developed a new dive bomber, the "Model 72 (V-72)," equipped with a powerful Wright R2600 engine and strong armament and robust structure. However, due to France's surrender to Germany, the Royal Air Force replaced the French order with an order for the "Vengeance."
In the United States, the production country, nearly 2,000 aircraft were produced in total, but they were hardly used in actual combat, mainly serving as reserve or training aircraft.
However, from 1942, the Royal Air Force, primarily in Burma and India, and the Royal Australian Air Force, mainly in the Papua New Guinea campaign, operated them.
The kit includes painting mask seals and 4 types of decals (3 for the UK, 1 for Brazil), and photo-etched parts.
The control surfaces are all separate parts, the bomb bay doors come in two types, open and closed, and you can choose either one, and the canopy can also be opened or closed.
When completed, it will be approximately 168mm in length and 203mm in wingspan.
