This is a resin detail parts set for use with aircraft kits.
From the manufacturer:
The Volvo Startbil (starter truck) Stb 953 was developed in the early 1950’s to supplement the Dodge Weapon Carriers that had been used until then as the standard Royal Swedish Air Force tow truck. The new vehicle could handle greater tow loads and also provide electrical power while towing. In all, 100 Stb 953 were delivered from April 1954 and the last units were phased out in the late 1970’s.
Parts come molded in grey. Includes photo-etched metal parts.
