This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
This 1/72-scale model kit from Platz reproduces the single-seat version of the U.S. Navy's carrier-based fighter, the F/A-18E Super Hornet! The aircraft's shape and panel lines are firmly expressed, and the landing gear and cockpit interior are painstakingly detailed. A rich set of weapons such as missiles mounted under the wings is included for a powerful finish.
