The T-90 is a third-generation main battle tank that was adopted by the Russian Federation military in 1992. It is a heavily modified version of the T-72, designed to bring it closer to the more advanced T-80U/UD models.
The T-90A is an upgraded domestic version of the export variant T-90S, featuring the welded "Vladimir" turret. This version is specifically tailored for the Russian military.
