This is an injection-plastic jet aircraft model kit.
The RQ-4B is an unmanned aerial vehicle developed in the United States. It is specialized for reconnaissance and does not carry any weapons. To enable long-term high-altitude flight, it has a high-aspect ratio tapered wing with a wingspan of 39.9 meters -- nearly three times its overall length of 14.5 meters. Its first flight was in 1998, and it entered service with the U.S. military in 2004.
