This is an injection-plastic aircraft model kit.
This kit from Dora Wings is a completely new mold! The popular Republic P-43 Lancer was the prototype of the P-47 Thunderbolt, and the prototype AP-4 was originally developed as an advanced version of the P-35, but it is a retractable main body that's one size larger than the P-35. This high-altitude fighter featured landing gear and a turbocharger at the bottom of the fuselage. It's equipped with a 1,2,00-horsepower R-1830 air-cooled radial 14-cylinder engine with a top speed of 565km/h in test flights, making it the U.S. military's first fighter capable of traveling faster than 500 kilometers per hour. It could also climb to more than 10,000 meters, making it possible to photograph the summit of Mt. Everest from an altitude of 13,000 meters. Until the appearance of the P-38, the P-43 2was the only Allied aircraft that was able to intercept the Japanese Army's Type 100 command reconnaissance aircraft.
The model kit includes photo-etched parts, painting mask stickers and decals for four U.S. Army Air Force versions. Order yours today!
