Traveling vehicles are indispensable to current military forces; various types of armored vehicles have been developed and operated in each country, but the wheeled armored vehicle known as the Bushmaster, developed in Australia, is deployed worldwide. It was developed based on a design from Timoney Technology in Ireland. It carries a 7.2-liter 6-cylinder Dize engine with a turbocharger for extra power, and the armor-protected hull withstands up to 7.62mm of firearms to protect its occupants. The Japan Ground Self-Defense Force's version is equipped with a turret and can accommodate eight people in the rear section; it's armed with a 5.56mm machine gun MINIMI. It is also deployed and operated by the NATO Army and the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF).
